A transfer is a design printed in advance on a carrier (paper or transparent film), which is then applied to the textile with a heat press. Marking takes just a few seconds. Seripress makes three families of transfers: silkscreen, Die-Cut (laser cut) and DTF.

• Silkscreen: ink is pushed through a fine-mesh screen to print the design on paper. Durable finish, complex designs, many options (glitter, fluo, stop colour-bleeding, low temperature).
• Laser Die-Cut: a single or multi-colour material is cut by laser, on transparent film. Sharp outlines, high stretch, special materials (3D, reflective, fluo, phosphorescent, flock, metal…).
• DTF (Direct-To-Film): direct digital printing on transparent film. No outline or overflow, fine details down to 0.3 mm, suited to small and medium runs.

Yes. All Seripress transfers are delivered ready to apply: no weeding is needed (no excess material to remove). Die-Cut transfers are available individually or on rolls.

Most textiles, from the most common (cotton, polyester) to the most technical, light or dark. Depending on the technique: plastic, non-woven, leather, PU.

For heat-sensitive materials (EVA soles, PVC, non-woven…), the low temperature option allows application from 90 °C. For sublimated textiles or softshell, the stop colour-bleeding option (Sublistop) prevents dye migration.

For any unusual material, we recommend a test: free samples on request.

Just a heat press. No ink stock or consumables. Seripress distributes SEFA presses (40 × 50 cm platen, temperature up to 220 °C or 255 °C depending on the model) and their accessories.

Settings depend on the technique; they are given on the product sheet (PDF) of each transfer. Guidelines:

• Silkscreen transfers (GreenLight, SeriLight, SeriOne): standard application between 140 and 180 °C. Peel the paper cold, once the item has fully cooled, otherwise the edges may lift.
• Laser Die-Cut transfers: 150 to 170 °C for 10 to 20 seconds depending on the material (Pantone and fluo: 15-20 s; phosphorescent and carbon: 10-15 s); metal and mirror: 140 °C for 15 seconds. Carbon is peeled hot.
• DTF: peel the transparent film immediately, hot, as soon as the press opens.
• Low temperature option: application from 90 °C, for materials that cannot withstand standard application heat.
• Serilabel: hot peel.

On softshell and technical textiles, run a test first (free samples on request).

Yes. Most Seripress transfers are machine washable at 60 °C and keep their colours and properties after many washes. Exception: white SeriOne is washable at 40 °C (60 °C for other colours).

Yes, especially Die-Cut, GreenLight, SeriLight and DTF transfers, suited to technical textiles and sportswear.

• Certified Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX® (certificate No. CQ 580/2 IFTH; CQ 580/4 for flock).
• REACH compliant, free from PVC, phthalates and BPA: silkscreen transfers (GreenLight, SeriLight, SeriOne, Serilabel).
• Flame retardant to EN ISO 15025: GreenLight, SeriLight, DTF, 3D Reflect, reflective (silver and white)… as stated on the product sheet.

Yes. Colour matching is done in-house by our colourists (SeriOne, Pantone Die-Cut, GreenLight special colour option, anti-slip…).

No, there is no minimum order: small or large runs, our production process adapts to your needs. DTF is particularly suited to small and medium runs.

Lead times are short: a few days depending on the order for silkscreen and Die-Cut transfers, 1 to 4 working days of production for DTF. The exact lead time is given as soon as the order is confirmed.
